CPR/AED cert,Fully insured and my job is to help motivate people pro long and Save people lives That needs it if not I will die trying we are living in a world today that 40% of the people are obese & that’s almost half & they don’t see nothing wrong with that until they have to go to the doctors or a person passes away & by then it’s too late I am willing to help them with that Just by steering them in the right direction and helping and teaching them about a healthy lifestyle and it starts with control and what we can control and that starts with what we put in our mouth because we are what we eat we supposed to eat to live not eat to die at a early age because of health problems With that being said I became a vegetarian over the last 16 months because of the fear of me seeing & losing my own relatives behind bad eating habits that causes different types of diseases like high blood pressure diabetes high cholesterol heart disease different cancers the list goes & about other people health problems for the love of food that’s just selfish especially if you have kids and family members that depend on you each and every day I just want to help and bring that to people attention so that we can break the cycle With the bad health & high-risk So people can live their life without being on medication And start enjoying themselves again by Eating and living a healthy lifestyle and being active again at the end of the day it’s you vs you & the mirror doesn’t lie is undefeated The number one question do you like what you see if not let’s defeat obese!
